Frequently Asked Catering Questions

Are there set package prices?
Our menu includes some options that may come with an extra charge, but they are bundled as part of a package.

Can you provide vegetarian and special dietary restriction meals?
Absolutely. We have many gluten free and vegetarian options on our menu. Please tell us if we need to consider food allergies at the time you are planning your menu. As we do all of our catering offsite, we do not have access to a kitchen once we leave our location and travel to you. We don’t carry any additional food with us other than what items are listed on your menu.

Do you provide menu tastings?
A complimentary tasting will be provided to couples who have a signed contract and deposit in place. If the contract has yet to be signed, there will be a cost of $200 per 4 guests to attend.  If you decide to book your event with us, these funds will be directly credited on your final invoice. All tastings are conducted in a private setting and will include menu items from your proposal. Contact us today to begin planning your event!

Is your facility nut free?
Our entire menu is prepared in a facility that utilizes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat. While we take every precaution to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with severe allergic reactions to peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, or wheat.

What is your service radius?
We typically service an hour area from our base in St. Pete. If your event is outside these areas, please contact us for more information.

What about staffing, how do you handle that?
We train all of staff our in-house, ensuring that you have knowledgeable and well educated staff on site at your event.  We are proud to pay every single one of our employees above the minimum wage, as it’s important for us to create good paying jobs and to take care of our staff that works tirelessly to create a memorable event for you and your guests.
